Abstract
This study was conducted to identify the multi-dimensional relationship between job satisfaction and job expertise on wellness, targeting managers engaged in the natural healing industry. The measurement tools used in this study consisted of 6 sub-factors of job expertise variables, 5 sub-factors of job satisfaction variables, and 5 sub-factors of wellness variables, and validity and reliability were verified and used. A path analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted to verify the validity of the relationship between job expertise, job satisfaction, and Wellness variables perceived by natural healing industry workers. As a result of the study, in the path coefficient analysis between latent variables, the job expertise and job satisfaction variables were verified as statistically significant static influences, and the job satisfaction variables and Wellis variables were also evaluated as statistically significant static influences. However, the structural relationship in which occupational expertise affects wellness was found to be statistically insignificant and was rejected. Therefore, it can be confirmed that the structural path of job specialization ¡æ job satisfaction ¡æ wellness is a valid influencing relationship with job satisfaction as a mediating effect. The results of this study will provide objective and practical data on job professionalism, job satisfaction, and wellness perceived by workers in the natural healing industry.
